OOO Dyer is our company that undertakes projects in Eastern Europe, Russia and the former CIS countries located in Asia. The company is fully licensed and operates from our Moscow office, where it is led by our Country Manager Katerina Suslova.
Since the formation of OOO Dyer in 2006 we have designed projects in locations in many of the Russian regions including; Krasnodar, Sochi, Omsk, Cheboksary, Saratov, Niznhy, Volgograd and St Petersburg. Using our international expertise and our local knowledge and staff we have been involved in many successful negotiations with senior members of the different authorities regarding the design of our projects.
OOO Dyer now has excellent reputation and growing track record for designing a wide range of buildings across Russia and the CIS. We have a clear understanding of the systems and processes required to implement projects in these countries. We have a world wide reputation for designing quality projects that add commercial value and architectural significance and that are highly popular with their end users.
OOO Dyer provides a ‘one stop’ multi disciplinary design service from concept through to completion, including the preparation of the Proekt and Author Supervision. |
