The Eltham Centre won the RICS Award for Regeneration 2009 (London Region).
It also won the SCALA Civic Building of the Year 2009 and was nominated for Public Building of the Year in the 2009 Building awards.
Dyer was nominated for Sport & Leisure Architect of the Year in 2008 and 2009
